Our professional team will give you the best suggestion as long as you tell us what you need and the required specification.
2. What's the delivery term?
Most of the time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15~20 working days after the 30%-50% deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making special arrangements for you.
3. Do you offer a customization service?

6. How about your warranty?
Generally, our warranty is 12 Months. Within the warranty period, we can offer technical support and part parts change, however, due to flight restrictions during the special period. We can offer distant online tech support and help if you need it. You can enjoy life-long after-sale service for our machine.
7. How about the packing for the machine, is it safely protected during transportation?
Our machine is packed in a standard export wooden box, it will be well protected during the long time transportation.
8. What is the order process?
Inquiry - quotation - communication - order confirming - deposit payment - production - testing and debugging - balance payment - packing - delivery - customer receiving - after service.
9. How to install and use the product?
All our machines leave the factory with the default settings. You need only plug on the power and test the machine and there you go!
The product is shipped with operating instructions and a video of the English version.
Meanwhile, if you need a virtual assistant during the installation, we will help you by video conferencing.
10. Do you accept L/C?
Usually, we accept T/T payment, if buy a large quantity we will need to discuss this further.
11. What's your payment term?
For machines, we need a 30% deposit to confirm the order to production, before shipment, we need a 70% balanced. All the machine's inspection videos and pictures are available, and online video conference inspection is also available.
