Conveyors with Automatic reject stations
Multiple reject system types are available, and the correct choice entirely depends on the application.
The rectangular head is available with a conveyor using automatic reject stations. These systems are designed to maintain high throughput, increase productivity, and are typically good for fast applications and pack speeds. Multiple reject system types are available, and the correct choice entirely depends on the application.
Conveyor's with automatic reject stations can be supplied with varying levels of compliance depending on the customer's requirement.
The most common reject methods are belt drop reject, Flip culling reject, bar removal ( arm reject), also with air blow reject.
We can also customize the reject mechanism fit for your specific products.
Others:
-Air Blast - This can consist of either a single or dual nozzle system which is designed to be used with products that are wrapped and weigh up to 0.8kg
-Pusher - The pusher is designed to be either side or overhead the conveyor for the wrapped products in rigid packaging and is also available with heavy-duty construction. If the polybagged product is used a brush strip is needed under the pusher blade to reduce trapping.
-Carriage Retract - Ideal for continuous loose products, separate products in parallel lanes across the belt, polybags, and sachets.
-Diverter / Plough - Typically used on more delicate or higher value products using a sweeping action to reject contaminant products.
-Power Decliner - Situated at the end of the outfeed conveyor, products exit via the decliner onto another conveyor to then be rejected.
Stop on Detect conveyors:
Stop on Detect (or belt stop alarm) conveyors are the simplest reject conveyor available. They are normally associated with large bulk or awkward-shaped products that are placed onto the production line by hand and typically consist of head sizes of around 550mm x 300mm. Any product that is contaminated is removed from the line once the alarm goes off and the belt has stopped.

Types of Contaminants
There are three main groups of metallic contaminants that a food metal detector can sense:
-Ferrous
-Non-Ferrous
-Stainless Steel detection depends on the magnetic or conductive properties of the contaminant.
-Ferrous metal contaminants are both magnetic and conductive and are easily detected
-Although they are not magnetic, Non-Ferrous contaminants are good conductors and can be detected relatively easily
-Stainless Steel foreign bodies are the most difficult to pick up as they are usually non-magnetic and poor electrical conductors. The ability to detect stainless steel is also hindered when the product is wet or has a high salt content
If there are other types of contaminants (glass, calcified bone, ceramics, stone) to be detected, then an X-ray inspection system for food will offer enhanced detection capabilities.

Foil-Packed Products
Foil tray products that are packed in metal, in aluminum, or wrapped in aluminum foil will normally be passed through a conventional metal detector system before they are packed. When this is not possible, products packed in foil must go through a specialist 'ferrous-in-foil' detector,
Where should I put a food metal detector?

Generally, our warranty is 12 Months. Within the warranty period, we can offer technical support and part parts change, however, due to flight restrictions during the special period. 7. How about the packing for the machine, is it safely protected during transportation?
Our machine is packed in a standard export wooden box, it will be well protected during the long time transportation.

9. How to install and use the product?
All our machines leave the factory with the default settings. You need only plug on the power and test the machine and there you go!

Usually, we accept T/T payment, if buy a large quantity we will need to discuss this further.

For machines, we need a 30% deposit to confirm the order to production, before shipment, we need a 70% balanced. All the machine's inspection videos and pictures are available, and online video conference inspection is also available.
